Refund Policy

  1. General Policy
  2. Due to the nature of creative and strategic work, all purchases are non-refundable once work has begun or has been approved by the client.

  3. Document Deliverables
  4. If a client is dissatisfied with a deliverable but has not yet approved it, we may offer additional revision rounds free of charge. No refunds are given after client approval of a deliverable.

  5. Press and PR Deliverables
  6. If a client is unhappy with the media outcome (post-approval), we will offer a second press release and distribution free of charge. No monetary refunds will be issued..

  7. Eligibility for Additional Work
  8. We conduct extensive intake processes to minimize dissatisfaction. However, in cases of genuine dissatisfaction, we will work with clients in good faith to resolve issues via revisions or additional services at our discretion.

  9. Cancellations
  10. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase provided no work has begun. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed and must be approved on a case-by-case basis.
